So first, there's actually two levels of what the breakthrough year mastermind events did for me. For one, it was participating in the in-person retreats. Engaging in that level of connecting with other women and having that kind of deep dive conversations and intimacy for a weekend was new to me, and they all coached me through the whole process. I grew a lot out of just being with the other individuals. And then the second was really looking at myself deeply.  There's a combination of meditation, of journaling, quiet time, and then educational components. And then there's the fun time as well. So, when all is said and done, I came away a very different person than when I started.

I’ve experienced so much growth and healing and laughter and play and playfulness, as I'm learning and growing. I’ve gone deeper into just knowing that I want to be my best self and who my best self is.  I want to break through each year and I’m making that possible through the support of the group, support of Tracy and Michelle, and just having a lot of fun too. My first breakthrough was I'd been hanging on to the pandemic, and, I had some tough experiences, and I really was having trouble letting that all go and moving past it. I realized I don't need this anymore, and it was really a great breakthrough. And then the other, the other breakthrough that I had was just embracing my strengths and really diving into that and finding out I had more strengths than I realized. Being a part of the mastermind has allowed me to really grow and let go of things.
