While your participation is anonymous, you do have the opportunity to connect with others on the journey to identifying your stress triggers and developing strategies to increase your resilience.

It’s like going to the gym. Sometimes just getting there is a challenge. But when you have a personal trainer pushing every step of the way, you already know you’re going to hit your goals faster!

In this self-paced and collaborative learning environment,
learners complete the core StressPal Frontline training, in bite-sized modules, over five levels, typically in 4-8 weeks (8-12 hrs) and earn up to 12.0 credits/contact hours, plus 12.0 bonus Interprofessional CEs.
Level 1: Building Flexibility and Resilience
You are introduced to foundational concepts of psychological flexibility and resilience, together with self-awareness of personal valued directions. A brief mindfulness exercise is experienced. You also learn about the evidence-based cognitive, behavioral, and physical benefits of psychological flexibility and resilience and assess what is important to you.
Level 2: Stress-Triggered Thoughts and Feelings
You are introduced to domains of stress-triggers, with a focus on stress-triggered thoughts and feelings, and the 3 Mindfulness Reflections Model. A decompression exercise is experienced. You personalize intervention strategies, experience a mindfulness practice for stress relief, and experience a decompression exercise.
Level 3: Stress-Triggered Behaviors
You deepen their awareness of stress-triggered behaviors and human tendencies to develop rigid, often maladaptive, behaviors and learn about defusion and self-compassion interventions. You create a strategies checklist and experience a mindfulness practice for stress relief and a decompression exercise.
Level 4: Stress-Triggered Physical Responses
You are introduced to stress-triggered physical responses and intervention strategies. A brief decompression exercise is shared and you are introduced to an evidence-based metaphor “Monsters on the Bus”, beloved by mental health professionals and brought to life in an animated video. As in earlier levels, you commit to trying one or more strategies.
Level 5: Core Training Wrap Up
You experience the “Time Zone Meditation” and engage in self-assessment and program assessment feedback. Concepts learned in the program are recapped. You have the opportunity to download the resilience toolkit. You will claim your CEs and you gain access to the ACT forward bonus modules including additional stress relief tools. You also get unlimited access to the core training and the Resilient Leader community.
